Jesus is our peace.
Ephesians 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of
partition between us;
Eph 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances;
for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
Eph 2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
Eph 2:17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

Peace is a fruit of the Spirit.
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Ga 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Peace is part of our armor: our footwear.
Ephesians 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.

We are to pursue, seek, and follow peace.
Psalm 34:14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

1 Peter 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that
they speak no guile: 1pe 3:11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

How do we get peace?

God fills us with peace.
Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

2 Thessalonians 3:16 Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with
you all.
God made a covenant of peace. God won't break His part of the covenant.

Ezekiel 34:25 And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of
the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
Ezekiel 37:26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with
them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.

Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from
thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

By staying in fellowship with Jesus. He is the Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder:
and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of
Peace.
Isa 9:7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and
upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever.
The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not
your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Being spiritually minded brings peace.

WE SHOULD HAVE PEACE IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE.

We should have peace in our churches.
1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

We should have peace with one another.
Mark 9:50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in
yourselves, and have peace one with another.

1 Thessalonians 5:12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over
you in the Lord, and admonish you; 1th 5:13 And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake.
And be at peace among yourselves.

Our children shall have peace.
Isaiah 54:13 And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

Our enemies can be at peace with us.
Proverbs 16:7 When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

We can have peace in battle.
Psalm 55:18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many
with me.

We can have peace when we rest and sleep.
Leviticus 26:6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I
will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
Psalm 4:8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

We can have different kinds of peace.

Great peace.
Psalm 119:165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.

Abundant peace.
Psalm 37:11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Paths of peace.
Proverbs 3:17 Her (wisdom) ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.

Perfect and ordained peace.

Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 26:12 LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us.

Peace as a river.
Isaiah 48:18 O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea.
