All through the Bible God told his people what was going to happen. He spoke to all the men who
would have an ear to listen. These are just a few of the people God revealed his plans to.
God is no respector of persons. If he spoke to the people in the Bible who would listen,
He will speak to us also, if we have a hearing ear.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. (Romans10:17)

God revealed his plan to Noah that he would destroy mankind because of the wickedness of their

He said he wouldn't, but there wasn't even that many righteous people there.

Matthew 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and
earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto
babes. 26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. 27 All things are delivered unto me
of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father,
save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

Matthew 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you (disciples) to know
the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. Also Luke 8:10

Matthew 16:15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and
said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him,
Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father
which is in heaven.
Mark 4:11 And he said unto them (the disciples), Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the

but that it should come abroad. Also Luke 8:17

Luke 2:25 And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man
was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. 26 And

Lord's Christ. 27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple.

Luke 10:21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven
and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto

Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son,

things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it

Romans 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching
of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world
began, 26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the
commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: 27 To
God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen

1 Corinthians 2:6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of
this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: 7 But we speak the wisdom of God
in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have
crucified the Lord of glory. 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have
entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But
God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things
of God. 11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even
so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit
of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us
of God.

world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of
Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ
Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. 6 For God, who commanded the light to
shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of
God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Paul didn't learn the Gospel from man, but by revelation of Jesus Christ.

believe, according to the working of his mighty power.

Ephesians 3:1
For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, 2 If ye have heard
of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: 3 How that by revelation
he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 Whereby, when ye read,
ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages was not made
known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in
Christ by the gospel: 7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God
given unto me by the effectual working of his power. 8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all
saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the
world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: 10 To the intent that now unto
the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom
of God, 11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Philippians 3:13
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting
those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press
toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15 Let us therefore, as
many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal
even this unto you.

Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given

of glory.

and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh; 2 That their hearts might be comforted, being
knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; 3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom
and knowledge.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the

the last time.
2 Peter 1:18 And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy
mount. 19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as
unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the
prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved
by the Holy Ghost.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that
any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie,
and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

darkness, and the light dwelleth with him. 23 I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my
fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired
of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter. 28 But there is a God in heaven
that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter
days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these. 29 As for thee, O king,
thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he that
revealeth secrets maketh known to thee what shall come to pass. 30 But as for me, this secret is
not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall
make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart.
